Senate elections: MQM to have lion's share
PPP to have seven, PML - F one
Dr. Arbab Raheem may secure his return to SA

The MQM, a major coalition partner in Sindh government succeeded having what many called a lion's share in Sindh's 12 senate seats as the party molded the PPP to agree on giving four to its nominees.
Now the PPP will have seven and the PML - F one. A seat for technocrats will go to the MQM candidate.
The PML (Likeminded) however has been denied of any seat but the party eyes at the PPP approval for the office of the leader of opposition in Sindh Assembly. Dr. Arbab Raheem, the former Chief Minister of Sindh and an arch rival of the PPP will assume office if the scheme went well between both the parties.
The PML (LM) will then get its candidates withdrawn from the contest. The PPP is convincing Dr. Raheem's party for withdrawls. Ghaffar Qureshi and Naseem Farrukh are contesting on the PML (LM) tickets.
